Return & Refund Policy

GB Hoodie stands behind the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team, hoping that each and every customer expectation is met and exceeded. Should your product prove defective within the specified warranty period, we are happy to offer an exchange for you if the product that you received is defective due to manufacturer flaws.

Return Conditions

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Us within 7 days of delivery.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. Including but not limited to courier packaging, product inner packaging, and product labels. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, assembled or altered in any way.

4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by GB Hoodie.

5. Once the returned item arrives back in GB Hoodie's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin. Refunds are provided as a credit card refund, or original method of payment refund.

6. Returns must include all accessories. 

7. Items must include original packaging.

8. All sock products are considered intimate apparel. Non-quality-related returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been purchased.

9. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

10. Order cancellation: In order to deliver the package as soon as possible, we use a local high-quality prepaid logistics company. When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost. A 10% cancellation fee needs to be applied when canceling. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the status of order is“In transit”.

If you want to pick up by yourself, please contact us. Self-pickup needs to confirm the self-pickup time with us (at least one working day's preparation time is required)

Return Procedure

Please send email to gbhoodie@outlook.com, explaining why you want to return the products. ( Provide us with related videos or photos if you think it is an unsatisfactory product.) We will review the request. Before proceeding with a return, please ensure to confirm with customer service whether the return meets the criteria and obtain the return address details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days from the bank.

If it is due to the quality of our products or delivery problems caused by the return, we will bear the cost of logistics. Beyond that, you will be responsible for all associated shipping expenses, encompassing both the initial delivery fee and the return shipment of the item. There is no restocking fee for your return.
