We only ship to the address in Australia,we don't ship to other countries at present.

Shipping Fee:
Free shipping is available for all areas in Australia on orders of $89.00 or more. For orders totaling $0.00 to $88.99, standard shipping is offered at a rate of $9.99 AUD. The transportation process does not incur additional taxes or fees.

Longer transit time may apply during seasonal sales period.

If the product is pre-sold, the delivery time may be extended. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Orders normally take 1-3 working days to be processed and depends on current stock level.

GB Hoodie.com will not be held accountable for any delays in carrier delays, and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. In case of delay in transit, please contact courier using tracking number provided in the dispatch notice email. In most cases, they will be able to solve the problem. We aim to dispatch all products within one working day after your full payment is made. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery or re-direction requests.

Deliveries are automatically labelled as "Authority to Leave", which means that they do not require a signature. No redelivery service, card left and you need to collect them yourselves. If you need DFE to deliver again, then you need to pay for it.

Due to the limited access of our carriers, there are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and fully refunded. Please understand!

We are sorry that the logistics carrier does not allow us to cancel the order in transit after we have dispatched the item for you. So if you don't want to keep the item, please send it back to our warehouse after you receive it. After receiving the item, we will give you the full refund asap.
